That agreement governs the commercial terms of your purchase. Where these Terms and an enrollment agreement conflict regarding payment or refunds, the enrollment agreement controls.
4. No Earnings or Results Guarantee
We make no guarantee of income, earnings, or specific results. Any examples of student outcomes are exceptional, not typical, and are not a promise or projection of what you will earn. Your results depend on your own effort, experience, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, curriculum, videos, and trademarks provided through our sites and programs are owned by or licensed to Gateway Marketing Inc and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.
